How many email accounts can I have?
All of NovaHost's hosting plans allow for unlimited email accounts with unlimited email account size.
Although we do allow unlimited email account size, we do however expect customers to keep their mailboxes within an acceptable size so that other customer's services are not affected.
Our support staff do monitor mailbox sizes and will ask customers to clear out emails if their mailboxes become too large.

How do I manage my email accounts?
You can manage your email accounts through our web based email management system. Your email management area can be accessed through your unique URL. This URL is http://mail.yourdomain.com/meadmin, replacing "yourdomain.com" with the name of your website.
Do not include "www." in this URL.
Through this system you will be able to:-
- Create new email accounts
- Edit existing accounts
- Remove accounts
- Create auto responders
- Set up email forwards and redirects

How do I access my webmail?
You can access your webmail through your unique webmail URL. This URL is http://mail.yourdomain.com, replacing "yourdomain.com" with the name of your website.
Do not include "www." in this URL.
To log in, use your full email address and your password.
Once logged in you will be able to see any emails that are still on the mail server and have not been downloaded to your email client such as Outlook.
